Health information

Arranging a ride to a medical appointment means telling us things about a person's health: that they use a wheelchair, where they are being treated, sometimes what for. When we receive that from a hospital, clinic, dialysis centre or health plan, we act as a business associate under HIPAA and handle it accordingly.

We use it to carry out the trip and to bill for it. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone who is not involved in providing or paying for the transport.

What we collect

  • Passenger name, and contact details for whoever arranges the ride
  • Pickup and destination addresses, dates and times
  • Mobility needs, and anything you tell us a driver should know
  • How the trip is being paid for

This website

There are no advertising trackers on this site, and none on the ride request page in particular. There is no Meta pixel, no Google Ads tag and no third-party analytics that identifies you personally.

Fonts and images are served from this domain rather than from a third party, so loading a page here does not tell anyone else that you visited.

Who else sees it

Drivers see what they need for the trip. Facilities see trips for their own residents. If Medicaid or an insurer is paying, the payer sees what it needs to process the claim. Nobody else.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask us to stop contacting you, by calling (720) 808-4488 or emailing [email protected].
