Terms of service
Last updated August 15, 2026
Who we are
Transcomfort LLC provides non-emergency medical transportation in Colorado. All service is by advance arrangement. We are not an ambulance service, we carry no clinical equipment, and our drivers are trained in first aid rather than in patient care. In an emergency, call 911.
Bookings
A booking exists once we have confirmed it to you. Quoted prices are firm for the trip described; if the trip changes on the day, the price may change and we will tell you before the vehicle moves.
What we need to know
Ramp and vehicle capacities are limits rather than guidelines. If the passenger's mobility needs, weight or access arrangements differ materially from what was described when booking, we may be unable to complete the trip, and a call-out charge may apply.
Changes and cancellations
Please give as much notice as you can. Cancellation terms are confirmed at booking and on facility accounts are set in the account agreement.
Delays
We plan conservatively and will tell you as soon as we know about a delay. We are not liable for delay or non-performance caused by weather, road closures, traffic incidents, mechanical failure or other causes beyond our reasonable control. Where we cannot perform, our liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid for the affected trip.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
